The hotel is located in a nice area on the North East coast, providing guests with beautiful views of the South Shields coastline. It is conveniently situated on a main bus route, allowing for easy access to the surrounding area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy white towels and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, catering to the needs of their guests. the complimentary biscuits and Nescafe in the rooms are a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.
The shower in the ensuite bathroom can be a bit tricky to operate, and the small electric heater might struggle to keep the room warm on chilly nights.

Our stay at this place was fantastic and it served as a convenient location for exploring the area, with the added benefit of being only 30 km away from the airport; we absolutely adored it and plan to return.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and parking. The view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful sea view and lots of natural light. The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
The quality of the facilities were poor and old-fashioned. The room was dirty with cobwebs in the corners and the sheets felt uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach and some local shops. the room was clean and came with a small fridge which was useful. Parking was also easy and free.
The staff was not very welcoming and seemed annoyed with any questions we had. the breakfast was not good, the eggs were overcooked and the toast was burnt.
